Denyce helps clients break through their glass ceiling! In other words, she helps clients break through the barriers that limit their joy.
Denyce brings more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources— employee relations, performance management, organizational development, training, DEIB and conflict resolution. Her approach as an Executive and Leadership Coach is to ask thought-provoking questions which lead to transformation, results and meaningful change. Her practice includes consulting, coaching individuals and groups using individual and group assessments as well as evidence-based and energy-related techniques. She has extensive experience developing executives, managers and individual contributors. Denyce has a MS in Counseling Psychology and a BA in Journalism. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is cerified with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
